  1. Criteria: only physicians with full-time contract, no other restrictions; relationship to colleagues (very good, 1 → very bad, 5); support by superior (very good , 1 → very bad, 5); high risk of burnout = EE > 26; *p ≤ .05, **p ≤ .01, ***p ≤ .001 (pairwise χ2-test/t-test).
